What to Expect During Your First Visit
Step 2
Dr. Lang will conduct a focused review of your symptoms and medical history.
Based on the findings, Dr. Lang will determine the origins of your foot or ankle condition.
You’ll receive a clear diagnosis and a range of treatment options.
Together, you and Dr. Lang will decide on a treatment protocol tailored to your lifestyle, health insurance plan, and budget.
If you're not being seen for a dermatological condition, a diagnostic evaluation will be performed (Step 3).
Diagnostic Evaluation
Step 3
Dr. Lang will order x-rays and/or a sonogram of your foot or ankle.
These imaging studies are performed in-office during your visit.
The purpose of these tests is to locate the source of your foot or ankle pain.
In some cases, you may be referred for an MRI or CT scan for further evaluation.
